BUGFIXES:
Fixed AVS and SVT stripper reloads "stealing" rounds from other magazines
Fixed invisible stripper clip on the M38 Carbine
Fixed missing map preview images in the server browser
GAMEPLAY CHANGES:
Reduced 203mm artillery suppression range from 216 meters to 54 meters
Increased HT-130 flamethrower range from 30 metres to 35 metres
Removed FOV zoom from HT-130 turret
All tanks now have HE shells loaded by default
Increased 53-K AT gun traverse limit
T-28 HE rounds are slightly faster and have a larger explosion radius
T-28 AP rounds are significantly slower and have worsened AP performance
Fixed Dyakonov grenades bouncing too far when impacting terrain
Increased player stamina regeneration rate
The AVS now does less unnecessary stripper reloads
Added Smoke grenades to Finnish Assault and Soviet Elite Rifleman
Added sidearm to Soviet Grenadier
