Need Help ... P35 or 965 ????

i'm too confused because of this four boards and i need to find witch is the best ... :

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3P(rev. 3.3)
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3(rev. 3.3)

and witch C2D is best for it ...:

e4300 ...>>> i can overclock it with my 533 ram
e6420 ...>>> need more 667 so i need to by ram too ...

and if i can overclock the e4300 2mb cashe higher will it be better for 3d max 9 render ?? or the e6420 4mb cashe is better ???

For the boards :
look at Gigabyte's website... You'll find all the specs and will be able to choose the best one.

For the processeor :
At the same frequency, the e6420 will be better than the e4300...

A Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3(rev. 3.3) or even Gigabyte GA-965P-S3(rev. 3.3)should be more than enough for you.
