I really see know reason to upgrade yet running nice and cool at 4.2GHZ what to you people think?

What is your score? Have you benched it yet? I'd be interested and seeing how my stuff stacks up against yours.

In my opinion and as of 25-Nov-2016, if you already have a 3930K and a good overclocking mobo, there is absolutely no reason to upgrade from a 3930K. The 3930K will still crush anything out there other than a few newer i7 6+ core CPUs. AMD is still chasing cars.

I am quite agree, there is no reason to upgrade.
