HELP - Hacker qui squatte mon PC

Salut les canards.

J'ai acheté un PC portable de marque XMG il y a 6 mois et depuis plusieurs semaines, j'ai un petit coquin de hacker qui passe plusieurs fois par jour voir ce que je fais sur mon PC.

Pendant que je l'utilise, à un moment donné, je perds le contrôle de ma souris et ce petit "con" s'amuse à ouvrir des dossiers, éteindre mes logiciels et ce, pendant 1 à 2 minutes. Si je suis présent tout va bien, c'est un combat de souris et au bout d'un moment, il se casse. Par contre, je n'ose plus le laisser allumer sans ma présence de peur de retrouver mes HDD vides ou pire encore...

J'ai téléchargé pas mal de logiciels (Malwarebyte, Spybot & Destroy, Avast...) mais je ne trouve plus rien de dangereux aux différents scan.

Avez vous une idée à me donner pour me libérer de ce relou?

Pour info, je suis sur Seven, j'utilise un peu utorrent et je passe par Wifi pour le net sur une Freebox.

Bon, s'il en est à fermer tes logiciels, ouvrir tes dossiers et faire du combat à la souris, c'est qu'il est dans une logique de te faire chier de façon visible. J'ai presque envie de dire que le mal est moindre. Mais en effet faudrait pas que ça dégénère en modification/suppression de tes docs sans que tu le voies. Ou pire, évidemment.
Y a aucun soft à la LogMeIn qui tourne sur ton PC ? Tu vois quoi dans ton systray ou ton gestionnaire des tâches ?

Ca sent limite la blague potache, sont sympa tes potes ?
Parce qu’il pourrait désactiver le contrôle distant et se contenter d'observer et il y a des moyens plus discret de manipuler les fichiers.
Je vote aussi pour un processus à la con, logmein, teamviewer...

Regarde avec TCPView (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437) si t'as un processus qui ouvre un port d'écoute. Tu trouveras sans doute le coupable.
T'as un firewall ? Si oui, regarde sans la liste des exceptions et supprime le si tu l'y vois. Si non, active celui de Windows.
Ensuite recherche où est ce logiciel "espion" et désinstalle-le ou supprime-le.
Il devrait sans doute également apparaitre dans la liste des programmes de démarrage de "msconfig" (Windows->Executer->msconfig).

Bon merci les amis. J'ai changer mes codes WIFI, j'ai dl et installer TCPView mais je n'ai rien trouvé de particulier non plus...

Il ne passerait tout simplement pas par l'assistance de windows, d'où l'absence de logiciel ? (Attention à part timeviewer, je n'ai jamais pratiqué).

Bon et bien ca a été plus rapide que prévu. Le temps de lancer Wasteland 2, de faire un combat et ce con de hacker est venu rejouer avec ma souris... Pas longtemps mais quand même!...

J'ai bien une autre théorie (http://gifrific.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Tyler-Durden-Takes-off-sunglasses-shock-Fight-Club.gif) si en effet tu ne détectes aucun logiciel qui permette de prendre le contrôle de ton PC mais bon.

Je vois pas quelle théorie Grmain mais je suis preneur de tout. Même d'un humour pourrave ;)

Sinon j'ai viré toutes les autorisations sur mes programmes qui ennvoi/recoivent des données. Et j'ai mais le Firewall en mode Blocage totale.

Nan, j'imaginais un genre de schizophrénie (du genre romancé, je sais bien que ça ne se manifeste pas de la sorte) qui te ferait te bagarrer avec toi-même lors de ton utilisation du PC. Genre "naoo! Je veux pas jouer à Wasteland 2 mais à COD". D'où le gif de Tyler Durden qui se dévoile.

Sinon je n'ai pas d'autre théorie.

Par contre, c'est peut-être (sûrement, même !) un jeu dangereux mais ça serait moi j'aurais ouvert le Bloc-Notes de Windows pour commencer une session de chat. Ca m'aurait permis de savoir si c'était fait à l'aveuglette ou si la personne voyait vraiment mon écran. En bon couillon j'ai envie de croire qu'une discussion calme quelle que soient les circonstances le ferait peut-être partir. Mais ça peut avoir l'effet inverse en lui donnant envie de te pourrir encore plus la vie.

Je pense peut être à un conflit avec un kit clavier/souris bluetooth un peu trop puissant utilisé par ton voisin sinon.

Cela se passe-til quand ton PC est déconnecté du net tout simplement?

Fais un scan avec hijackthis et montre nous le log ici qu'on voit si il y a un logiciel de prise en main installé sur ton pc.

A la lecture de vos messages j'ai consulté cet après midi un psychologue qui me confirme que tout va bien du côté de mon cerveau.
Par contre, j'ai convié le maitre dépanneur informatique expert CPC sus-nommé Argha à une session de Teamviewer et hop, magie des mains, plein de processus à la con ont disparu!

Un grand merci à lui pour son coup de main (^^) et espérons que mon relou de service ne squattera plus mes cession de Wasteland 2.

Si tu le "laisse faire", il se passe quoi ? Il va vraiment dans les menu / fermer les applis etc ? ou il fait n'importe quoi ?

Dans le second cas, je penche aussi pour une souris bluetooth voir sans fil (vérifie tes ports usb).

Ou un clavier de roskor qui pète un boulon, j'ai déjà eu des trucs bizarre avec mes logitech. (changement de volume, fenêtres qui s'ouvrent toutes seules...) Peu de chance que ce soit le clavier si il se bat avec le curseur, mais un périphérique qui déconne ça arrive.

Oui c'est exactement ça. La souris bouge dans tous les sens. Il clique un peu au hasard. C'est souvent aux mêmes horaires en plus. Ca dure pas longtemps. Max 2 minutes.

Sinon tu peux essayer de débrancher le cable réseau/couper le wifi de ta box ou ton pc lorsque ça se produit. Si ça s’arrête tout de suite, il faut continuer à creuser coté vérole; Si ça continue, il faut creuser coté hardware.

Un gars qui se fait chier à se connecter sur une machine zombie tout ça pour cliquer au hasard pendant 2min, c'est quand même étrange.
La prochaine fois que ça arrive, désactive le réseau ou coupe-le physiquement (Wifi ? RJ45 ?) et si ça continue malgré tout, tu sauras que la vérité est ailleurs :)

Personnellement, même si ca ne te plaît pas, vu les symptomes, je pense que le formatage est la meilleure solution. Surtout que merde, on est en 2014, une réinstallation d'OS, ca prend 30min, ensuite, un coup de ninite pour réinstaller tes softs, tu backup le dossier Steam et voilà, un ptit coup de mozbackup pour récupérer ta conf firefox. Et voilà.

Je ne vois pas comment quelqu'un pourrait, en aveugle, ouvrir des dossier et fermer des applis.
Il faut une visu pour cela. Les mouvements randoms permettent pas de faire ça, et si ça semble chaotique, c'est peut-être simplement à cause du ping (la visu, ça pompe).

J'ai plutôt l'impression d'un gamin qui a trouvé un kit et qui rigole bien avec. Déjà bien content qu'il ait pas dumpé ou ransom-crypté toutes les données...
Je verrai bien une réinstall propre ceci dit, mais s'il est passé à travers une protection "standard" avec des anti-malwares, il risque de pouvoir recommencer. Lui ou une autre personne vraiment malveillante.

en ayant suivie ton problème, je serais plus tenter comme d'autre à me pencher sur du "conflit" de périphérique
et surtout en priorité sur les "souris" as-tu plusieurs ordinateur ? si "oui" sont-ils "utiliser" par une autre personne ?
dans c'est cas là, il serait intéressant de voir si (la souris, sans fil) qui est utilisé pour les différent ordi, ne serait pas en conflit avec ta propre souris

en espérant avoir discerner le problème
