Tiens, juste pour dire que chez EA ça va très bientôt ouvrir "300 postes" à Galway pour assurer le Service clients de plus en plus de titres.

Our Worldwide Customer Experience team in Galway cover areas that include:
(Multilingual) Game Support – providing live support to players in a cross section of EA Titles.
Account and Billing Support – Providing support to players in regards to their account and any financial transitions that have been undertaken or are part of the game in question
Technical Customer Support – providing support to players in regards to their consoles and the technical requirements of the game in question
Project Management – overseeing and supporting cross functional groups on a range of internal projects
Training – working with a cross section of global teams to ensure all front line staff are fully trained in their area of expertise
Global Live Operations – providing global IT and systems support for all frontline and support teams
To help us on our quest to deliver the best customer experience to legendary EA games like FIFA, The Sims, Need for Speed, Battlefield, and Star Wars: The Old Republic we need you!
Bon c'est surtout du CS, comme vous pouvez le voir, mais voilà, si ça peut en intéresser... les conditions de travail sont plutôt pas mal et le coût de la vie est assez bas.
