Well, a localisation is always a plus. I often see people complaining about the lack of EFIGS loc in games (i dont care, i'm always playing in english). I'm currently unemployed, i'm quite fluent in english and i'm a native french speaker, a tactical games fan (so i understand the context), so if you're working with externalized string tables, i'd be happy to help you on that.
