je vien de changer ma carte maitresse et j'aimerais savoir la meilleur facon pour overclocker mon ordi

voila mon hardware:

cpu: athlon 64 2800+
mem: 1g
hd: 120 g 7200 rpm
video: geforce fx5200 128 meg
