Pour le coup dans la fonction publique les congés sont par annee civile et ce n'est pas des plus pratique. Quand arrive Noël et qu'il te reste 18 jours a prendre c'est l'embouteillage. Heureusement on peut gérer avec le CET (enfin quand il n'est pas plein

)

En Suisse c'est comme ça aussi, il n'y a pas de notion d'acquisition des congés. Tu a X jours à prendre dans l'année civile, au prorata si tu commences en cours d'année. Donc pas d'effet "pas de vacances la première année" comme en Licornie.

Perso on cumule nos congés tous les mois et on peut les prendre dès la première année.
D'ailleurs je peux même poser dès maintenant des congés en octobre avec les jours que j'aurais accumulé d'ici là.

Et les bonnes boîtes te créditent les jours pour toute l'année en anticipé.

Les congés ne peuvent être perdus, au pire ils sont payés. Pour les RTT, par contre, on peut les perdre. Les dates des périodes de congés ne sont généralement pas les mêmes que celles des RTT (année calendaire pour les RTT de mai à mai pour les CP).

Je doute que seymos récupère se fasse payer ses jours de congés non pris s'il ne peut pas écouler ses 45 jours de congés.

Bon, vu le loulou, je suis certain qu'il a toujours su en faire usage, ceci dit.

Sinon, moi, j'ai trouvé une bonne façon d'écouler en masse mes jours de congés que je ne serais pas arrivé à écouler avant la date fatidique : j'ai posé les congés d'été, qui ont été débités sur le reliquat de l'année précédente, en tablant, à raison, sur le fait que les RH se contenteraient de regarder combien j'avais de jours restants à la date fatidique, sans vérifier les congés posés à une date pourtant ultérieure.

Dans les vraies bonnes boîtes tu as tous tes congés pour l'année civile en court au prorata des mois que tu travailles dans l'entreprise. Quand j'ai commencé mon travail, j'ai eu tous les jours de congés dû avec les mois restants dans l'année. Utilisables immédiatement.
Plus la possibilité de prendre un gros congé d'entrée si c'est des vacances planifiées avant même le premier entretien.

Mais je suis pas en France alors je me fais pas enfler (et heureusement, quand je vois comment des amis sont traités lors de leurs problèmes de santé ...).

Alors chez toi je sais pas, mais chez nous, on fonctionne en année civile en effet MAIS on peut écluser les jours restants jusqu'au vacances d'hiver de l'année n+1.
C'est pas mal pratique.
