This is the test output from a Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P with a pair of 2GB DDR3 DIMMs.

I have 4GB of RAM, but the errors say they are occurring around 4.8GB... which I do not have.

Is Memtest wrong, or is this just some artifact of the test which I do not understand?

It looks like the memory is bad, but I would prefer to have a second opinion. Thanks in advance.
