Y'en a plein d'autre comme http://www.exalead.com/search/ (Fr). Le truc c'est que j'utilise gmail, donc quoi qu'il arrive je suis logué / suivit h24 chez Google. Par contre j'utilise ghostery ( http://www.ghostery.com/ ), et le module complémentaire pour la désactivation de google analytic > http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr (que google n'a pas mis à jour pour Firefox 5 au passage)

Ils ne payent pas de datacenter. Leurs résultats viennent de Bing, le moteur de recherche de microsoft.
Enfin, c'est un mix de Bing, WolframAlpha, Yahoo, et quelques autres.

Si vous êtes des chercheurs totaux, vous pouvez tenter Yacy, un moteur de recherche autonome par P2P. Résultats ultra aléatoires mais le principe en lui même est intéressant.
