    Thank you all for great support and feedback. Our kickstarter campaign was a massive success! With your help we managed to gather more than twice the amount of money we asked for. But what's more important - You all had a chance to play the Agony alpha demo, and test the game before you buy it. We got houndreds positive articles, and youtube clips about our project and demo.

    Your help also gave us opportunity to make Agony VR edition a real thing, and we can't wait to use this technology in our game. Like we said before, this version will come after the regular version of Agony, and it won't affect the basic version in any way. We need time to make this right, and adapt few gameplay mechanics for VR. Virtual reality fits perfectly to Agony, and we will do our best to create the most immersive experience of hell, that you can imagine without the need to mate with a succubus.

    We are talking with publishers regarding the retail version of Agony (boxed one). If this will happen, we will inform you in an update on kickstarter. After that everyone will have an option to increase/change their pledge (paypal) to grab the retail version of Agony.

    Thank you once again. Right now we will go to hell and polish Agony, to make sure that you will get this game in Q2 2017.

    Also - We added paypal option for those who would like to support Agony after kickstarter, or couldn't do it in different way.

    Peut être qu'ils pourront rajouter d'autres personnages jouables avec les pledges via paypal, faut pas trop rêver ceci dis =)
    Plus qu'a attendre qu'ils repoussent sortent le jeu, puis la version VR, avec la version boite (PC ou/et console?) si ils ont la possibilité.

    Une Demo sera bientôt disponible sur PC et consoles.
    Le lancement est prévu pour "Q2 2017", une date exacte sera fixé lorsque le jeu aura passé les certifications console.

    Tout ça est à prendre évidemment avec des pincettes.

    Le mode Agony :

    In this update, I will try to explain to you the rules of agony mode. It will consist of three parts, first one with overall informations about this mode, second and third about two different styles of play. After reading this, you should have a good understanding about what to expect and how it will work.


    Agony Mode and how does it work.

    Player will unlock this mode after reaching a certain point in the Story Mode. After choosing this mode from Menu, player will be teleported to a special Hub area. This zone will be similar to the place that you've already visited in the demo. Different parts will have a special look designed to reflect places that you will visit on your jurney there, and each will have two special entrances for each types of play, so you will be able to pick your destiny there.
    After picking your style of play, you will be teleported into a specific part of hell. For now let's call it a "level" so it will be easier to explain without this fancy naming Each level will be generated randomly with some common parts, they all will have an entrance, exit and a secret chamber, plus a space between. Entrance is just a starting point for the player, I will skip the secret chamber because you will need to find out about it in the game. Exit will provide you few options - just quit or delve deeper. While choosing to quit, you will get everything you've gathered and go back to the HUB area.

    Everything in between will vary on how far did you get inside of this hellish place. Each level will prepare for you a special amout of enemies, places to visit. The longer you will stay in this place it will get harder and harder for you to withstand the incoming danger, but the reward will become bigger. Plus you will have bigger chance to reach top places in leaderboards.


    Survival Mode


    First style of play that you can choose in the Agony Mode, is called a survival mode. Its main idea is that the player will need to survive as long as possible in this place, so the environment is your main enemy there. You will be able to take your time and try to reach the deepest places in this mode. This mode will have an addition of special tasks for player to complete.

    Those tasks will be a crucial thing in this mode. Player will need to complete those in order to unlock the exit chamber. They will be picked from previously prepared list, and with each next level, they will become harder and harder. Some tasks will force you to visit certain amount of rooms, other will be based around finding a special item.


    Time mode

    Second style of play that you can chose in Agony Mode, is called a time mode. As it's name says it's based around the idea of TIME Player will be given a certain amount of time, and in this time he will need to reach the deepest level possible. You won't have any special tasks to complete, so you will be free to run through it as fast as you can, but you need to remember about the dangers that lurk in the shadows.
    In addition you will be able to find special items, that will add a small amount of time for you. So sometimes it can be wise to sidetrack to a random location and find yourself a bit of free time. At start it can feel that the time is the main problem, but after a while playing in this mode you can find that you will need to calm dawn a bit, because running like a wind can get you killed easily.

    Our Corpse Rally list is almost finished we still have 28 people who didn't answer or mails can't reach them.
    To be 100% sure - 30th Corpse Rally was a special event held on 30th November. You had to add to your pledge CA$10 and maintain it to the end.
    Apparemment ils sont en train de finaliser la chose, ya peut-être encore moyen de rajouter son nom.
