Here is the official forum for CPU-Z (www.cpuid.com).
I'm suprised there isn't a thread on this, but all I ask is you post what type of CPU and what socket type for your system. Mine: Athlon FX-60 Socket 939 http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=418099 My backup: Opteron 185 Socket 939 http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=428144

Q1: CPU-Z reports my CPU running below its clock specification or the clock speed is varying A: This is the effect of C1E (Enhanced Halt State) and/or EIST (Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology) for Intel CPUs, and Cool'n'Quiet for AMD CPUs. Load your system and you will see the frequency increase to its nominal value. Q2: CPU-Z reports a wrong CPU vcore. A: Please download HWMonitor (http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php) then save monitoring data (menu file -> save monitoring data) and send...
I saw some screen shots from xtreme systems, is that real? http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?286434-CPU-Z-for-Android-Preview-!!&p=5193136&viewfull=1#post5193136
Hi, CPU-Z used to be able to report Core Voltage on my computer but now it report Core VID instead. How to troubleshoot this issue? Before Current
I have just got a new bench and I am having an issue with my validation being rejected. http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2809754 Why is this being rejected? What am I doing wrong? This is what I am doing: I cannot get my benching PC hooked up to the internet so I save the validation file and upload it to http://valid.canardpc.com/ on my main PC and it the validation is continuously rejected for this benching rig. However, I did not get rejected when I have done this before...
Franck, according to AIDA64.......CPU-Z 1.64 display CPU VRM voltage, not CPU vcore: http://www.chinadiy.com.cn/batch.download.php?aid=67878 http://translate.google.co.ve/translate?hl=es&sl=zh-CN&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.chinadiy.com.cn%2Fhtml%2F24%2Fn-9024.html
Hi all, I'd like to see the validations database of CPU-Z, but I cannot found a search engine or something else. How can I fin, for example, all the I7 975 validations ? Or All validations on December 25 of 2012 thanks:wub:
Hello, This is a long shot but here goes, I had the WR for the A64 3000+ Venice S754 many years ago: http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php (83602) It has apparently been beaten by: West-87 at 3264.5 mhz The thing is though, that I had uploaded and verified another much higher verification...quite a bit over 3.3 ghz...which I was saving if my record were to be beat. Obviously the validation number is now long gone. But it is leaving me wondering, is there any way to retrieve it? I...
Hi Franck, thanks for start to fix memory XMP reading. Latest beta today (.ini file deleted) display OK. TeamXtreem G.Skill
Is there still a way to upload scores made with v1.62.2? I've got 7 socket A CPU-Z scores that I can't upload and I need to get the validation link in order to submit my scores on HWbot. Would really help if could still upload those 7 files as it would take quite a while to get re-runs not to mention a lot of LN2.
Plop, Just to notify that the links for the stats on http://valid.canardpc.com/ are down. They all redirect to 404 pages of CPC. :/ My two cents.
My E5200 processor shows only one processor in the cpu-z, whereas in the Device Manager (Windows XP), it recognizes both cores. I also have another pc with the same windows installation and an E8500 processor. That one is correctly displayed in cpu-z. In the BIOS of my Asus Commando motherboard (E5200), there are no settings that relate to disabling one of the cores, and the processor is properly displayed as far as I see (count 2). See attachments. Any clues? Regards, Kristian
My f5,f6 keys do nothing on cpu-z. Any fix for this?
Hello to all, I am using offten for benchmark purposes old HW and have problems with CPU-Z validations. In concrete case, OC of Pentium Pro 150MHz. I try since one week with different versions of CPU-Z to validate this score! Only what I can validate is following: File cpuz179.cvf upload : OK Checksum Computed : OK Checksum Validated : YES Dump corrupted - Virtual Softwares not Allowed
Does anyone encounter a problem when you run CPU-Z, the trackpad of the computer freezes and you cannot move it? The OS and everything is still running, but the mouse just doesn't move at all with the trackpad. Is this a bug or something?
1) why does your forum refuse to accept my login on Chrome. It says I'm logged in, but I can not post a new question. Keeps telling me I'm not connected. Have to use IETab to let it work. 2) CPU-z shows varying core voltage 1.104 - 1.360 and varying CPU speed. Sometimes even with 6 digits (do not believe that to be correct)
ok, well I looked on the first three pages and didn't see anything along the lines of "this is what I would like to see" lines and here is one.... A Table: by this, I mean...like being able to pick and compare between systems like you would between two similar harddrives or processors or something...you know...the build on one line...the model on the next line...speed...memory...whatever...just down the lines of that so if you have built more than one computer or own more than one....you can...
Hi, in 2008 I submitted three CPU-Z entries with my REALNAME under http://valid.canardpc.com. Now, I want to delete these entries, but how? Can anyone help me, please? Greetings Gandalf
Can anyone please let me know if i got this right plz? Have I got my Dram timings right too? AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
Hi, CPU-Z version 1.61.5.x64 reports my cpu name incorrectly. I have a core I3 3220 cpu as seen on specification. But processor name is reported as I5 3550?
Is there any way to know what is the most overclocked i5 3570K on this motherboard... I have overclocked it to 4.7GHz (stable) . Working like that for two months now without any problems... I have seen only a few people that have overclocked it to 4.6GHz, but it wasn´t stable. Is there any way to know if I have the highest overclocked i5 3570K ON THIS BOARD ???
I was doing benchmarks and came across something strange. All my software except CPU-Z says my system is running at 234.77x15 (3521.53MHz) but when I benchmark from CPU-Z it shows 220.1x15 (3301.79MHz) http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2439206 if anyone knows why this might be happening, I would be very happy if I could figure out if its CPU-Z that's wrong or my computer's set up. I did try it with a heavy load on the CPU, and I'm fairly certain C&Q is off anyways.
Had an old CPU-Z 1.5x and updated to newest version to be able to Validate my recent OC. While leaving CPU-Z open for a bit, the Core Speed, Bus Speed, and HT Link were glitching to randomly high numbers (like 8 digit numbers at the same time) I closed CPU-Z and reopened and it's yet to reproduce, but have to assume it will occur again. Here's my validation from 10 minutes ago with board and cpu info.
Bonjour, Je voudrais savoir à quand la version CPU-Z en Français ?
I'm trying to compare the FSB on two computers. The AMD one has a figure for "HT Link" whereas the Intel one has a figure for "Rated FSB". Are the MHz figures for each a good comparison, please? (If so, I'm thinking the AMD machine is a little faster.)
On my old SY-K7V Soyo Dragon Plus mobo, I installed 2 new identical memory sticks. When I checked the memory tab, in CPU-Z, to look at these memory sticks, Slot 1 shows a frequency of 100MHz and slot 2 shows 133MHz. My initial settings in the Bios was for 133MHz. So why is slot 1 showing 100MHz? There is nothing in the Bios to alter the frequencies for each individual memory stick. Only to set the initial frequency, which in this case is 133MHz. My problem is that each memory stick is 1GB...
Hi everyone , Im a newbie here .I just want to say that I'm not a gamer nor do I have any experience with overclocking , so gaming environment performance increases are not what I'm after . What I am after is a general office computing increase ( excel , prezi , video editing now and then) . I'm also quite guilty of being a habitual tab opener , sometimes going up to 15 - 25 tabs . I posted my stats below and was wondering if anyone could advice me as to whether Im going to see an improvement...
So I just finished my build a bit ago and was going to drop a quick stock validation (on OCN) now as I wont have time to push my chip till next weekend, but my stock validation got rejected... http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2384281 Any thoughts as to why cpuz is acting up? (searched but didnt find anything relevant to my chip) Only thing I have touched in my bios is setting my memory to XMP as there was no point in not taking the 2 seconds to do so.
have ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe with and Athlon 64 X2 6000+ and CPUz is not showing CPU or DRAM Frequencies. OS is Windows 7. Any suggestions?
I just registered an account for http://valid.canardpc.com/ and then changed the password. The new password was successfully registered, but I can NOT log in using that password. The password recovery function does not work, since it does NOT generate a new password but simply sends me my current password - the one that does not work. Please clarify how I can fix this? Who should I contact to reset the account password?!
Hi There, I'm new here and came here because I have an odd problem. I am using a DV9821ea which had a 2ghz turion X2 cpu (TMDTL60HAX5DC AMD Turion™ 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology TL-60) and I swapped it for a 2.4ghz unit (TMDTL68HAX5DM AMD Turion™ 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology TL-68). Did all the usual and has been working fine for months. Did a adobe flash player update as usual, but then it just rebooted later that day for no reason I can see and when it came back up said...
My OS is XP SP3 and my mobo is a K8MC51G by First National Computer Inc. It had 768 MB of RAM prior, and for some reason I'll get a black screen accompanied by long beeps when I try to boot with my two new 1 GB sticks (DDR PC3200 200 MHz). It'll work up to 1.5 GB of RAM, when I put one of my old 512 MB sticks (DDR PC3200 200 MHz). I've used the crucial system scanning tool and it says my mobo holds up to 2GB and I've also looked online for info on my board and it also confirms...
