No problem with this utility until I have upgraded to Windows 8 Now it hangs on "collecting informations": PS: I had tried to contact the authors using the contact form but never had any answer.
Hello, I've used version 1.03 for a while and found it useful. During a search I discovered there was a 1.04. But when I run it, the display is normal, but it takes 50% of 1 core. That's not going to fly. 1.03 does not do this. This is not a critical bug because I can continue to use version 1.03. I have a Corei7(Bloomfield) 950@3.07GHz, HT turned off, OC'd to 3.65GHz, Win 2008 Server, on an Asus PT6E. Thank you.

PROBLEM: On my system, when I run PC-Wizard and then play a Youtube video, the sound stalls (a noise coming from the speakers), then a BSOD appears. This does not happen with any non-system apps, or any other system apps I have installed - just PC-Wizard. Examples of system apps that work fine are: * CPU-Z, GPU-Z, Speccy, Core Temp, RealTemp, HWiNFO64, Sisoftware Sandra, HWMonitor Free, System Information Viewer. Hello, I thought, i7 is supported, but starting TMonitor64 on my i7-3930K results in an error message that says "This processor is not supported". Is this expected and support for this system planned to be added ? Thanks and regards Hermann
Just like to say thanks for unlocking Memtweakit 1.01.6 for use on non-ROG boards plus the X79 and IB support.:happy2:
Hi, I'm using TMonitor to do some turbo boost research. Great utility, but it only monitors one socket? Is there a startup parameter to monitor all sockets (CPU's) or at least not the first? Thanks in advance
Hello, It's stated that TMonitor supports the Intel i7 Processors but I get the error message (TMonitor v1.03): --------------------------- TMonitor Error --------------------------- This processor is not supported. --------------------------- OK ---------------------------
Under Memory Tab, the memory parameters (Type, Frequency, Timings) showed nothing. cpuz.cvf was inside cpuz.zip
Just picked up this lovely piece of software tonight, and well I already ran across something that I am not sure is normal. As I am a slightly new over clocker, I know what is somewhat normal and what is not. Running the test for no more than just 12 Mins I had noticed that my clock speeds on all cores where "Hiccuping" just about every 4 seconds... like clockwork. Is this normal? System Specs Intel 1156 i5 2.8 Ghz Quad Core @ 3.28 Ghz 8GB G-Skill DDR3 1333 /w heatspreaders @ 9-9-9-24 /...
NUL Sorry about the doublepost... my internetconnection is crap => use the other
Hi TMonitor devs, (my question relates to TMonitor version 1.03) I need to be able to move the TMonitor window to a specific position & size on the screen. Normally I would use the AutoIt scripting language for this - something like: ShellExecute("TMonitor.exe") WinWait("TMonitor") WinMove("TMonitor","",0,0,500,500) ..which, if you're not familiar with AutoIt, simply runs TMonitor, waits for its window to exist, then moves it to and sizes it to . However, this doesn't work. Substitute...
Hi, thanks for this great tool, I have a Santa Rosa platform laptop with T7500 Core2Duo 2.2GHz CPU running on Windows Vista x64. I am wondering how I can stress the system so that I am able to prove that Turbo mode's indeed working? My turbo tab is greyed out. Is this normal for Core2Duo? Thanks!
Hi guys, I know this has been done many times already probably, but I've been trying very hard as of late to OC my branded PC (Compaq). I've tried SetFSB, ClockGen, and CPUFSB without success... I've ripped open my case and spent 30 minutes looking for the PLL IC, but I couldn't quite find it, and if I did, it was probably the Nvidia nForce 430. So, the problem is, with ClockGen, I cannot adjust the PLL, it's locked to "Nvidia C51", and it's greyed out, therefore I'm not able to...
TMonitor is the name of our upcoming application. This new tool is aimed to display the active clock of each individual thread of a processor. A very high refresh rate (20 times per second) allows to visualize the smallest clock variation in real time. TMonitor is able to detect mechanism such as Intel Turbo boost, and therefore allows to clearly visualize its effect as the processor is working. The picture below shows the effect of Turbo Technology on an Intel Core i7 870 based on...
Hello, Last version of PC wizard 2010 give 183673 CPUIDmark for Core i5 750 CPU performance. Mine is only 67000 (hard to have a small one :|). For phenom X4 965,which is equivalent in performance term the reference is 37000. Are these numbers good ? PS : My apologyzes for my english.
Hi! I've been using TMONITOR 1.02 for last weeks to check if some process is using my CPU.When my i860 is idle cpu multiplier stays on x9 on all cores. CORRECT. A few days ago it kept showing x9 but I heard my fan working at more rpm. I run CPU-Z and it showed CPU MULTIPLIER: x25-x26 so it means a single-threaded process is running. I check Windoes Task Manager and CPU USAGE is 1% only. and there is not process hogging resources except IDLE PROCESS.
Hi, I have WIndows 7 in 64 bit mode, a Intel i7 860 on an Intel DP55WG mainboard. If I try to start Tmonitor (does not matter if 64 or 32 bit) it shows the main screen but instantly crashes. Is there a way I can diagnose or help to fix the problem?
Does anyone know if PerfMonitor will work on this rig:
Use this control to limit the display of threads to those newer than the specified time frame.
Allows you to choose the data by which the thread list will be sorted.
Order threads in...
Note: when sorting by date, 'descending order' will show the newest results first.
