The PC2-6400 are given at the stock voltage, most likely the module can handle 500 Mhz but with a small overvoltage.
SPD reports speeds at stock voltage, unless there are EPP or XMP profiles.

J'ai toujour le même problème de reconaissant mémoire OCZ XTC Platinum OCZ2P10002G en DDR2 PC2-6400 (400 MHz) 2Go au lien de 1000Mhz et voici la photo que j'ai prise que avec Memtest86+ 2.11 que la mémoire OCZ XTC Platinum OCZ2P10002G en DDR2 PC2-8000 (1000Mhz) est bien reconu, voici le lien :
