read Memtest Source code

Hi,
I want read the source code of Memtest, but I only know C lauguage and the some knowledge of computer. So I want to know what book need I read.

There is only the source code, there is no additional documentation. You should know about the x86 architecture and the way memory addressing works, but there is no easy to read documentation about that. Read up on whatever you can find. The Intel ia32 architecture manuals will probably be an okay start, but these documents already assume a pretty high level of technical knowledge, besides that just look around on the net.
