How do I stop this from running?

I booted up my laptop and memtest86+ starts running immediately, before windows has loaded.
I have tried pressing every key, to no avail - memtest86+ just continues.
I have tried restarting my laptop many times, and every time this program loads.
I cannot do anything, and when it has finished it's pass, it starts again.
How do I stop it from running?

you can read it in the faq´s - memtest will run until you tell it to stop

in order to use your computer normally, you have to change the boot-order in your BIOS

But nowhere in the FAQ section does it tell you how to stop it from running, which was my question.
How will changing the boot order help?
