DDR is runing on auto settings

Chipset : AMD K8 ( ECC : Disabled )
Settings : 422Mhz (DDR844) CAS / 5-5-5-18 / DDR-2 (128-bits)

#1 test is o.k.
#2 test at 7% starts to give errors all the way.
if i manually skip to let's say test #5 it's o.k. and #6 and so on, the moving inversions test is the only one that is making those errors.
I saw something like a pattern in the errors, if ffffffff is the pattern used it returns 00000000 , if lets say the pattern is AFFFFFFF it will be 5000000,
ABCDFFFF will be 54320000 ... it writes F but reads 0, writes A but reads 5, writes B but reads 4 ... i hope you get the point.
The thing that makes me think that it may be some kind of software issue is that when using memtest 3.4 there are no errors, and the Vista memory diagnostic utility does not find any errors as well. I will try with ver.1.7 later, but my guess is there won't be errors aswell. And i guess that somehow the ddr mhz are read incorrectly as the ddr is running at 800mhz.
Any ideas ?

There is a reason why there are different tests, there is no reason whatsoever that a defect should show up in all tests.
